* I have been a Central Processing Support Officer at CommerceWest Bank in Irvine specializing in serving Money Services Business (MSB) clients for almost 3 years. I have experienced in handling multiple variant processes for business accounts within the Central Processing Support Department. Daily tasks are cross-reviewed by Central Processing teammates and other Departments, and reported in our system and mailed to the clients within a day. Therefore, those could be the interesting but challenging job. I did it by my best and got the above 10% Merit Increase within a year at CommerceWest Bank. I have been working and learning new tasks day by day for almost 2,5 years.

* In another side of my life as an United States Army Reserve Soldier, I have been working in the US Army Reserve at the 478th Trans Company as a Non-Commissioned Officer (NCO) - Uniformed Services since April of 2019. I have been leading the Second Squad of the Second Platoon at my Unit as one of the Sergeant Squad Leaders. Besides that, I volunteered to take on the additional duty as the Equal Opportunity (EO) Representative.

I used to conduct Preventive Maintenance Checks & Services (PMCS #5988 Forms) before dispatching vehicles, or issuing equipment, weapons monthly for three platoons at the Unit. Besides those, I used to take on extra tasks as an assigned Sergeant for Human Resource tasks in the year 2023.

* As an architect, urban planner, I have been working in my fields – architecture design and urban planning for some foreign companies well known in Saigon from 2008 to 2016. All my jobs were mostly computer works requiring many technology skills to use different kinds of software. Besides that, based on knowledge and experience absorbed by educating and working, I have tried to transfer those to my students as a visiting lecturer for some universities in Saigon in a couple years before residing in US.

• April, 2013 to June, 2013: Volunteer architect in preserving 'Kentucky Camp' - Friends of Kentucky Camp, Heritage Conservation Team, Coronado National Forest.
• December, 2012: Participated in the Vietnam Foundation (VNF) as the volunteer architect for Building open houses for less fortunate children at Long Thanh City, Ba Ria Vung Tau, Vietnam
• December, 2008: Taught Vietnamese for Australian teachers who traveled to Vietnam for exchanging education between Australia and Vietnam
