Summary

My belief regarding education is that all students can learn, no matter their level of uniqueness and diversity. This is what demands the employment of strategic differentiation to cater to students' needs. Hands-on learning in combination with relating content to real-life situations fuels students' interest in wanting to learn in a stimulating educational environment. Creating a safe environment that allows students to be themselves, where they are allowed to be self-expressive by sharing their ideas and taking risks, empowers students and drives learning. An educator's role is to facilitate learning in a student-centered learning environment, so students have the opportunity to explore, create, discover, and invent, as one-size-fits-all is not applicable in today's classroom environment.
