Supported CI and HR Managers by facilitating plant's new hire orientation and ensuring smooth flow of a successful On-Boarding experience and to introduce Mentor Program. Coordinate and facilitate new hire 90 Day graduations , surveys, and round tables for On- Boarding and continuing associate engagement. Conducted 30,60,90 days meeting with new hires and Mentors to ascertain any issues that may need immediate attention. Ensured hazards identified by new hires are reported to management and advises of any corrective action taken.
