Tania Acosta

My name is Tania, I’m from California, I moved to Yuma Arizona about 5 years ago. I’ve been working at Red Lobster for about 2 years and 2 months. I started off as a hostess and worked my way up as a server. As a hostess I am a guests first and last impression so I always make sure to have the best manners and the biggest smile. As a server, I am very attentive at all times, I make sure all problems are solved, and to always go above and beyond for them. Overtime I gained regulars, which are guest who specifically ask for you when they come out to eat, which tells me I satisfied their experience. I’ve even had a couple good reviews written about me on our red lobster app. I also am a full time student in Arizona Western College and will be continuing to work on my prerequisites in order to attend a diagnostic medical program, which is really exciting to me.
