Tania Acosta

My name is Tania, I’m from California, I moved to Yuma Arizona about 5 years ago. I’ve been working at Red Lobster for about 2 years and 2 months. I started off as a hostess and worked my way up as a server. As a hostess I am a guests first and last impression so I always make sure to have the best manners and the biggest smile. As a server, I am very attentive at all times, I make sure all problems are solved, and to always go above and beyond for them. I make my guest my priority. Overtime I gained regulars, which are guest who specifically ask for you when they come in to eat, which makes me feel like I made their day. I’ve even had a couple good reviews written about me on our red lobster app. I also will be attending a diagnostic medical program really soon, I started off some prerequisite in Arizona Western College and will be continuing at Gateway community college, which is really exciting to me.
