Experience under training of IT Technician support for 5 and a half years now. Can install camera systems with ease, speakers for both in ceiling and surface mount. Can install cabling for networking. Have used software like Ease-to-do to backup and restore data to new computers for employees. Have upgraded hard drive space without having to reload windows if computer is not too corrupted, or recent hard drive not too old, and beyond repair. Able to install new equipment like server racks, and printers. Have used some access door hardware and software like pdk access, but not at a high experienced level. Would like to further my education to a Bachelors degree to help understand more into the IT field that I haven't been trained on, and help later with more complex problems.
