Behavior Technician (In-Home ABA Services)
Location: In-Home / Community-Based

• Provide one-to-one ABA therapy to children with autism spectrum disorder and developmental delays in home settings under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs based on Applied Behavior Analysis principles.
• Collect accurate and objective data on client behavior, skill acquisition, and treatment progress using established data collection systems.
• Apply behavior reduction strategies and positive reinforcement techniques to promote communication, social, adaptive, and daily living skills.
• Maintain a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment tailored to each client’s developmental needs.
• Collaborate with supervising BCBAs and caregivers to ensure consistency of interventions across environments .
• Participate in ongoing training, supervision, and team meetings to ensure fidelity to treatment protocols and ethical standards.
• Model effective behavioral strategies for caregivers and support parent training sessions as directed.
• Adhere to HIPAA guidelines, organizational policies, and BACB ethical standards in all professional activities.

• Collecting data obtained from research, coding and analyzing it
