I’m a sales and revenue operations leader who builds, stabilizes, and scales systems in complex, high-volume environments. My work lives at the intersection of sales execution, operational rigor, and technology, where clarity, accuracy, and trust are non-negotiable.
Across my career, I’ve led sales support and operations teams through growth, change, and increasing complexity by designing workflows that actually work in the real world. I specialize in CRM, CPQ, and ERP-enabled environments, translating system capabilities into practical processes that improve quote-to-cash execution, strengthen data integrity, and give leadership reliable visibility into performance.
I’ve led and supported system implementations and process redesigns across platforms, including Salesforce, QuoteWerks, Sage 100, MobileForce, JobOps, and SharePoint, partnering with sales, finance, service, and IT to ensure tools don’t just launch, but actually get adopted. My focus is always the same: build systems that people trust, reduce friction in daily work, and create operational discipline that scales.
I’m known for bringing order to messy operations. That includes standardizing contracts and vendor workflows, reducing invoicing delays, strengthening compliance, and removing breakdowns between sales, finance, service, and external partners. I lead with a systems mindset, but I never lose sight of the people doing the work, or the customers depending on it.
Earlier in my career, I worked in regulated, frontline service environments where accuracy, documentation, and calm decision-making were essential. That foundation still shapes how I approach operations today: build trust first, design for scale, and protect both revenue and customer experience as organizations grow.
I’m most energized by roles where I can lead teams, implement and improve systems, and turn complex operations into scalable, repeatable execution. I’m especially drawn to tech-driven organizations where strong operations enable great products, confident teams, and sustainable growth.
