I am also nearing the completion of a two-year doctoral internship, which serves as the final stage of my clinical PsyD doctorate from Capella University, conducted at the Associated Clinical Practice in Springfield, VA.

My clientele at Associated Clinical Practice primarily consists of adults ages 18 to 60 and above who present with a variety of mental health diagnoses, such as Bipolar 1 and 11, Depression, generalized anxiety disorder, and trauma. I also conduct psychological testing for children and adults.

The first part of my professional and collegiate career was As a performing artist; I attended the Duke Ellington School of the Arts in Washington, D.C., where I studied classical voice. Subsequently, I attended the University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, where I studied opera for an additional three years. years before changing career paths to nursing.

Therefore, I have a deep love of the arts. I have also been an animal lover all my life, and have fostered and rescued kittens, dogs, cats, and puppies for over 20 years. I love to cook as a stress reliever, and I love to travel. I've had the great fortune of traveling to multiple countries all over the world. In the year 2024, I will be venturing to Africa for the first time.. time. Last year, I spent time in one of the blue zones of the world, Sardinia, Italy.
