  • This is the application, which interfaces between Client Company and the service providers for all repair related information
  • Service providers also use this application to order parts so that they can do the repairs themselves
  • Client’s own technicians and 3rd party repair centers use this application to service the repairs created by authorized service providers and telecom carriers
  • Role and Responsibilities:
  • Development and Unit Testing using Eclipse
  • Build and Deployment of EAR using Jenkins and ANT scripts
  • Performed code configurations using SVN
  • Identified web-application performance related vulnerabilities using App perfect and JMeter tool and provided suggestions for fixing these
  • Creation Low level design documents, which include class and sequence diagram using Rational Rose and RSA
