I have been a homemaker/caretaker/self employed: the dates were 11/11-09/16 and most recent (current) start date 02/22-current.
My job duties were as followed:
-I coordinated medical, dental, and specialist appointments for all five people in my family .I maintained compliance with treatment schedules and made or filled out accurate and up-to-date records across three plus providers including all insurances and healthcare documents. I also, managed the household finances including data entry for expenses like bills and food I did Bank deposits with 100% accuracy.I created custom documents which included each person's personal information, hospital visits, and the reasons why we were at the hospital. I made and documented care logs medication logs, because at one time I had to administer IV medicine every 3 hours through a port in my son's heart I handled confidential documents that are very well organized and up-to-date. I always had to be available 24/7 to administer the medicine and or to monitor well-being. I have a toddler and since daycare is so expensive I need a over night job.
My job duties were as followed:
-I worked 4 days a week I handled and cared for 53 plus horses every day that I worked. I also had side jobs for about 30 clients for miscellaneous Care on top of my regular daily duties. I made custom documents for my daily routine and for my other miscellaneous side jobs. I also made one for each horse / client (some people have multiple horses) these documents included:
*Which horse goes to pasture at night because that means I need to bring them in for breakfast.
*Any medical issues or naughty issues the horse may have.
*We are responsible for buying the food and hay so I had to keep track of what horse gets which brand and type of feed and hay (most of them get different amounts or types of food and egg at each meal)
*Any horses that get lunch because there's not that many and any type of vitamins that need to be put in their food or syringe in their mouth.
*Their owners contact information along with the vet they use and the farrier they use contact information. along with the dates that the farrier shows up.
*Handled, recorded ,and manage clients boarding fees hay and grain cost and then any miscellaneous jobs I have been hired to do on the side.
*Which pastures were being used because we were always rotating them due to the grass.
*Which horses got along with another horse or which horses they couldn't stand to be anywhere around not even beside each other in the pasture.
*Any misbehavior a horse might have like biting kicking or getting loose by snatching the lead rope out of your hand etc.
Along with cleaning all three plus dolls feeding breakfast lunch and dinner bringing in and letting them out all had extreme extremely different hours allowed to be out and making sure they were all eating cleaning had no new wounds cleaning spider webs off their stalls taking industrial fans down that were in their stalls and cleaning them I also did most of the maintenance there as well I had many overnights emergency calls to stay with the horse because they were sick or they got hurt I also dug out stalls fixed any mats that were in their stalls which are extremely heavy and added bedding to stalls everyday it was on a rotation. Along with taking care of all of those horses I was also the caregiver to goats geese ducks and cats.
