This fast paced, high volume restaurant duties were to bartend, make signature cocktails, serve, make desserts and deliver excellent customer service all while maintaining a positive attitude.

Duties included bartending, serving, sales, cash register, side work and keg changing. Working fast paced and ringing in high volume sales.

As Lead bartender I overlooked the operations of the bar, interacted with customers, made cocktails and served drinks. Also handled cash register as well as inventory.

Sold insurance, collected dues, quoted insurance and serviced policies. Provided great customer service while increasing sales and retaining existing customers.
