Screens incoming phone calls, emails, and office visitors. Coordinates meetings for EOC staff.Assists Student Specialist and Data Manager with student information and project data collection. Creates new records in the EOC database Blumen and maintains those records for accuracy. Folows up withthe EOC Student Specialists, EOC clients, PSC Institutional Research Department for Clearinghouse requests and other third parties to update records and end statuses for client records.In collaboration with the Data Manager, maintains the off-line, physical storage of client files. This includes maintaining a secure system for storing department client information and records - both paper and electronic - as required by federal, state, and institutional regulations and guidelines.Prepare requested reports, particularly those related to the department's client data. Generates special reports and audits as requested by the Program Director or Data Manager.Represents the EOC office while Student Specialists are out of the office. Other duties as assigned by the Data Manager or Program Director.
