I worked there as caregivers for my assigned 12-14 residences,

who needs assistance with their Daily living activities. Silverado taught me so many things that i could implement in nursing.

• Built strong relationships with clients to deliver emotional support and companionship
• Assisted with dressing guidance, grooming, meal preparation, and medication reminders
• Assisted clients with daily living needs to maintain self-esteem and general wellness
• Turned and positioned bedbound patients to prevent bedsores and maintain comfort levels

Tibetan Health Care Center is situated in different part of Tibetan communities in all over India, the head office is in Dharamsala HP.

their main concern is to provide Health education, health awareness and health care to their doorstep.

• I Volunteered with them during pandemic time to provide vacancies and knowledge regarding to it.
• Used strong interpersonal communication skills to convey information to others
• Communicated with staff members to stay informed about volunteer opportunities and events

I worked there for one year in Labor and delivery department as Registered nurse.

• Taking care of mother during and after delivering.
• Assisted Doctors for more than 100s and assist them for episiotomy suturing with correct protocol and sterility Methods.
• Knowledge about Common drugs use in labor room and maternity emergency Management.
• Breast care, breast feeding Method, episiotomy care and mother mental health.
• I can handle Equipment commonly use in labor room, Eg- FHS machine, Syringe pump, warmer for newborn, suctioning, O2 cylinder, Doppler, operate Vacuum for vacuum delivery and fire extinguisher in Emergency.
• Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations

After finishing my bachelor Bsc degree I joined Deenanath Mangeshkar hospital and worked there as Registered nurse for 5 months.

I worked in Supers specialty Department of Labor room where we have 2 operation theater for LSCS only and Only labor room nurses washed and scrubbed

• I have scrubbed once and assisted doctors for LSCS
• I have done circulating nurse doing LSCS more than 10 time.
• have knowledge regarding maternity care, operative commonly used Equipment in labor department.

I worked there as Intern for 6 month and 5 month of Registered nurse at labor and delivery Department in Deenanath Mangeskar hospital which is NABH recognized hospital .

during my internship I mostly learn code and Ethics of my hospital.

We were not allowed to work independently only observing and developing knowledge was the main concern.
