  • Developed the workflow for documentation of the dysphagia practice medical notes in EPIC EHR system which improved chart review and documentation time, and productivity for our PMR team
  • Worked on multiple multidisciplinary team projects within Mayo Clinic system and took on initiative to lead several of them
  • Currently a Dysphagia practice lead at our PMR department.
