• Design and implementation of a QMS for an industrial maintenance company focused on gas and oil machines.
• Perform quality inspections and draft reports to detail non-conforming activities and material issues.
• Contribute to root cause analysis to determine core reason for failures and errors.
• Support and control team members during corrective action updates.
• Execute internal control audits of the QMS.
