  • Responsible for a 20 story 90 unit condo building on the North side of Chicago, maintain the operation of the buildings mechanical room which includes 2200 gallon boiler units, and a chiller that sits in the buildings basement, make sure that pumps are working properly, assure that all holding takes hae the proper water supply to support the building, oversee the vendors and contractors that perform work throughout the building, check daily work orders and fulfill in a timely manner, provide daily and weekly reports to the building manager and the condo board association, supervise my assistant to make sure that daily tasks including routine maintenance of the building are being complete and as well as the daily work orders that come through the work order portal.
