• Oversee pharmacy technicians and shipping department in daily duties
• Responsible for technical direction, guidance, and resources to pharmacy technicians ,customers, clients and or pharmacy services associates
• Interpret and resolve highly complex issues
• Provide training and assist with day to day technical questions
• Monitor inventory to ensure workflow remains uninterrupted
• Review department policy and procedure manuals as needed
• Attend/hold meetings as needed with team members and outside sales reps
• Maintain and clean infusion equipment
• Assist with quarterly inventory audits
• Schedule FedEx/UPS/USPS deliveries and pick ups
• Assist with Clean Room documentation
• Write performance reviews for team
• Participate in daily workflow pulling drug and supply as needed
• Process delivery ticket tracking, monitoring and exceptions through carrier's electronic system
• Ensure shipping operations support the achievement of customer service goals

• Help pharmacist clear problematic prescriptions and address customer questions to keep pharmacy efficient.
• Monitor and perform ordering of pharmacy medication stock to maintain inventory
• Manage opening and closing duties for pharmacy, such as cleaning , taking out trash and bringing down supplies
• Manage and assist team with pharmacy workflow
• Do scheduling for staff , manage request off
• Assist manger in hiring and interviewing process
• Train new hires

• Stock, label and inventory medication to keep accurate records.
• Set up and modify patient profiles in system to include current information such as medications and insurance details.
• Solve customer problems in-person or over telephone by providing assistance with placing orders, navigating systems and locating items.
• Consult with insurance company representatives to complete claims processing, resolve concerns and reconcile payments.
• Process and fill prescriptions daily in busy pharmacy averaging about 1700 prescriptions weekly.
