- Oversee the daily operations of the cardiology department
- Ensure compliance with ICAEL lab standards for all technicians and physicians.
- Lead intra- and inter-departmental performance improvement projects
- Coordinate monthly echo conferences to foster knowledge-sharing

- Perform various echocardiography procedures, including Transthoracic Echocardiograms, Transesophageal Echo, and guided ultrasound for pericardiocentesis
- Conduct both pharmacological and exercise cardiac stress tests

- Maintain the department’s accreditation and monitor cardiology procedure numbers
- Order and maintain adequate office supplies
- Manage staff schedules, ensuring sufficient coverage for daily and on-call shifts
- Oversee equipment maintenance to ensure proper functionality
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Director
