Supervised and maintained thirteen elementary and middle schools and two high schools, repairing, troubleshooting,
installing and performing preventive maintenance on all HVAC equipment. Completed training on making boilers more
energy efficient by adjusting aqua stats and modulating settings. Completed a pneumatic training class which included
working with pneumatic actuators, stats, valves, and compressors. Supervised crews of up to four trainees at a time
cleaning cooling towers, pump strainers, air cooled chillers, boilers, rooftop condenser coils, greasing bearings, changing
belts and much more to maintain the efficiency and life span of our equipment.
