  • Created The H.E.R.O. Squad at Pembroke Pines Charter Elementary during the 2021-2022 School year. The Acronym H.E.R.O. means Helping Everyone Realize Opportunities (within school, classroom, and campus/community wide). Within the Hero Squad, I created the Golden Plate Award. This was for cafeteria behavior and management. Each month, one class per grade level won the golden plate for best behavior and Respect. During the Month of April, it was turned into the Golden Egg Challenge with similar rules and prizes.
