Starting as a server and climbing the ladder to management assuming all managerial responsibilities after :

-Joining the corporate training team which involved traveling to open and set up new locations while hiring & training staff until the location & staff are ready to operate on it's own.

-Being promoted to bartender & soon after bar manager which involved completing inventory orders and getting creative in introducing new bar incentives to help drive sales

-Being promoted to Assistant Manager which included completing all managerial duties while on duty & ensuring the staff is in line with their work duties
