My name is Taylor Graham, and I am a junior at Oklahoma State University. I am majoring in Secondary Education with a focus on Social Studies. I graduated from Yukon High School in Oklahoma in 2022. I am a great listener, and I am very approachable. I am not a judgmental person and love to answer questions about anything someone is wondering. - As a crew member, my peers and I would flip rooms and change setups for different events that would happen in the Union. I was trusted with keys to the rooms and tasked with the responsibility of unlocking and set up everything they needed for the event taking place next.
- I was also classified as an ESR (Event Service Representative), where I had the job of operating the Tech and Audio for large events, as well as monitoring the room and making sure the customer has an enjoyable time.
- I became a Building Manager in February of 2024. The job of the Building Manager is to serve the customer, manage building events, and lock up the building at close. I answer customer calls, answer questions, and fix problems under the direction of my bosses to ensure certain events, such as VIP events, receive more attention. I also coordinate with housekeeping and catering to generate great service and create the best atmosphere for the customers renting the rooms.
- As a Building Manager, I had the responsibility to fill out night reports, manage my peers around me, make sure people arrived on time, recommend ways to correct and train employees, and solve problems my supervisors would task me to complete.
Backroom & Produce Stocker

- My first time working at Crest Foods I was a Backroom Stocker which entailed my restocking shelves throughout the day. My coworkers and I would work together to get pallets emptied so that there was more room for new products coming in to restock. Usually when it got busy during the weekends employees from the produce and backroom would come up front to sack groceries or push carts from the parking lot.
- I left Crest because I started my first semester of college at Oklahoma State University in Stillwater, OK. I came back that the following summer and got rehired into the produce section where I monitored an aisle of produce every day. We would also occasionally reorganize the cooler in the back as well as cut fresh produce. I left Crest again because I was starting school again and applying for jobs on campus.

Teaching Experience
I am currently a student teacher at Cleveland Middle & High School. I teach 8th Grade US history, and I teach High School Oklahoma History. I was also at Cleveland High School during my classroom observations, as well as my classroom management class during my previous semester.
