I handle all municipal planning and zoning functions for the City of Altoona. I manage real estate development and land use, short and long-term planning, permitting, entitlements, and zoning / development code implementation as well as coordinate municipal development projects for the development team and intergovernmental partners.

• I assisted the public in answering general land use, building permit, and business license inquiries. I also performed technical work in current and long-range planning, development, and implementation of land use and related policies and regulations.

• I assisted on any and all projects by contract for municipalities across the United States including: executive recruitments, municipal efficiency studies, and wage and benefits analyses.

• I was responsible for updating city zoning ordinances to be in full compliance with Utah state code. I was the point analyst for Richfield, Utah's ordinance and collaborated on Brigham City, Utah's ordinance.
