- Kept sites compliant with OSHA, state, and local regulations to prevent unnecessary risks, while keeping detailed track of daily progress of each site. Analyzed this data to identify and correct any potential delays
- Facilitated weekly subcontractor meetings on site, and overseeing entire project until startup of new car wash and contract closeout
