
• I draft , review, and finalize Scopes of Services and supporting documents such as Project Location Map and major/minor work types for PD&E studies, major re-evaluations and Feasibility Studies for review 2 weeks prior to advertisement.
•Serves as a member of the technical review committee and prepares evaluation for final selection prior to PSU deadline.
•Review and negotiate man hour estimates and initial consultant schedule submittals. Ensure contract execution by PSU
scheduled date.
•Performs a review of all project documents and provides comments within the production schedule time frame.
•Coordinates document reviews with other FDOT departments (Design, Drainage, Construction, etc.) to ensure that PD&E documents are consistent with FDOT policies and procedures within the production scheduled time frame for the project.
•Coordinates reviews with OEM and other outside agencies and works to keep them with production scheduled time frame.
•Manages PD&E Projects with little to no assistance from supervisor, yet seeks advice when needed.
•Ensures all supporting documents have been reviewed and comments replied to and resolved within 2 months of submittal, and letting supervisor know if this is not feasible due to ongoing coordination with an agency.
•Maintain a record of all project related documents in accordance with FDOT, State and Federal policy/procedure.
•Respond to Public Information Request within allotted time in Tracker System. This including locating and review of documents, response to questions and other request.
•Performs scheduled updates for Production Meeting, OEM coordination and White Paper updates to include contract status, document submittals, production dates, upcoming meetings, and current status of project.
•Works with consultant team to develop PowerPoint presentations, agendas, handouts and notifications for any public meetings or District Briefings 1-2 months prior to public meetings or local agency briefings.
•Ensures public notification letters are delivered to the DEMO office for review at least 1 month prior to the scheduled
meeting.
•Coordinates reviews of all public meeting information with the Public Information Office and provides quality checks on all documents sent to PIO for review.
•Attends all project related meetings and leads the meeting.
