I've recently moved on from my eight and a half years of Active Duty service in the Marine Corps. In that time, I've dedicated myself in improving various skills, some have been awarded. Skill sets I have perfected have been managing large projects in short amounts of time, delegating authority to the correct personnel to acheive team goals, positive communication skills to other team members and higher, and attention to detail. I am always open to being a learner and builder on skills I have not yet crafted to perfection. A more personal outlook, I am a mother of three amazing children and my spouse is also Active Duty in the Marine Corps; concluding, I am accepting of the label "Chaos Coordinator".
