As a server I take customers food and drink orders with focus to customers needs, work with POS systems to place orders, buss and reset tables, and keep dining room and work areas clean as well as restocking when needed.
As a Quality Assurance Analyst I interact with doctors and clients via phone calls and emails, track down missing medical records, fill out testing forms if needed, and review/make corrections to reports prior to finalizing reports.
