The assignment involved the cleaning of apartment complexes and townhomes after residents moved out. Our team took a careful approach to ensure that each unit was restored to a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene.

The cleaning process began with the thorough sanitization of bathrooms, ensuring that all surfaces were disinfected effectively. in the kitchen we scrubbed the interiors and exteriors of ovens and refrigerators to eliminate any residual odors and maintain a good appearance.

Additionally, we dusted high surfaces, including ceiling fans, baseboards, and vents, to remove dust accumulation. We also performed window and window sill cleaning.

Floors were carefully vacuumed and/or mopped to achieve a spotless finish, while countertops were wiped down to remove any stains or residues. Light switches and walls were also cleaned to provide a consistent and welcoming environment throughout each unit.

The overarching objective was to leave every apartment and townhome in excellent condition.
