Brainstormed innovative ideas around addressing micro aggressions and discrimination, cultural sensitivity training, conflict resolution, etc.
• O'Neill Undergraduate Student Organization, Bloomington, IN, President, 08/2019 - 05/2020, Co-facilitated and coordinated events for undergraduate students monthly. Developed an inclusive and creative environment outside of O'Neill's classrooms by engaging with students and orchestrating student activities. Collaborated with board members on ways to improve and maintain a positive environment within the O'Neill School of Public and Environmental Affairs.
• Girls, Inc., Bloomington, IN, Volunteer, 11/2019 - 05/2020, Assisted girls aged 6-12 with homework and other educational activities. Co-facilitated daily program functions such as snack and gym time, and educational and creative activities. Built meaningful relationships with the girls in the program as well as other volunteers.
