Transition to Practice NUR 424 Clinical Experience

I completed a 180 clinical rotation at St. Johns Hospital in St. Paul, MN. During this experience, I provided comprehensive care to patients including administering medications and assisting with activities of daily living. I honed my clinical skills such as performing assessments, wound care, and IV care. I improved my communication through my daily interactions with patients, family, and other healthcare workers. I developed my critical thinking and problem solving skills, which are essential for effective time management and patient centered care.
