3 Years 4 Months- Lead the execution for a 20 metric ton critical drug substance annual supply commitment by coordinating manufacturing and shipment schedules, documentation, and goods receipt across external manufacturers, warehouses, logistics providers and internal stakeholders.
- Partner with Quality, Import/Export, Finance, Tax, and other Supply Chain groups to solve international shipment challenges involving pharmaceutical temperature-controlled transportation, customs delays, Foreign-Trade Zones, and limited storage capacities for ~2,275kg/month of drug substance pharmaceutical ingredients across Asia, Europe, and North America.
- Lead and serve as the subject-matter expert for material readiness work including new material master data setup, manufacturing and supply chain flows, bill of materials, and material master data maintenance in SAP across three plant sites governing master data for 80+ critical raw, intermediate, and drug substance pharmaceutical ingredients.
- Execute monthly Sales and Operations performance and forecast reviews with global network stakeholders and teams across different contract manufacturing sites using supply chain metrics to identify trends and implement corrective actions to improve delivery rates.
- Present complex supply chain scenarios and risks, as well as solutions, to cross-functional partners and leadership to support enabling decisions regarding inventory, supply and demand, and logistics.
- Manage multiple concurrent supply chain initiatives and projects that support standard operating procedure improvements, global storage and shipment optimization, digital innovation, and business process configurations.
