Prior to truck driving I worked in sales, gaining a customer first mentality that has carried over to driving. Since getting my commercial drivers license I went straight to driving a truck & haven’t stopped since.
I’ve gained good experience from the jobs listed below, & also the great people who have taught me along the way. The three companies I’ve driven for all had a huge focus on safety, & I intend to carry that to the next company. Each job has also had a strict schedule, teaching me time management & job execution.

- Pre/Post trip inspection done on paper
- Paper logs kept up each stop
- No touch freight
- Each stop is hitting a dock or swapping a trailer
- Trailers filled with different recycling materials, usually paper/wood/metal
- Most trailers between 50-75,000lbs
- Trailers either go to one of the depots or into the dump
- 53’ trailer has been good driving experience, not a lot of tight spaces but plenty of tight turns in between stops
