Managed 114 CLINs (52 LKE, 51 SOM, and 11 PRN) across three availabilities simultaneously, and completed progress payments for timely invoicing.
  • Determined F&R through cost and/or price analysis on over 1,000 COPAs in accordance with the FAR regulations; articulated these determinations on over 100 BCMs.
  • Lead CS November 2010 to March 2021, and ACO from March 2020 to present, on CNO availability for the USS LAKE ERIE (CG-70), overseeing 120 contract actions totaling over $18,000,000.00 in growth via RCC, LOE and SDVG.
