•The first installation we offer is to encapsulate the crawlspace of a house as well as install a sump pump for flooding and ground water and a dehumidifier for moisture. We frame and build doors for the entries to the crawlspace. If your floors and joists are sagging we offer smart jacks which is at 8 foot steel galvanized beam which is hung underneath the joist and we cut steel pipe to size and we assemble the smart jack which lift, level and stabilize the the floors.

•The second option is a helical or push pier which lifts and stabilizes residential buildings.

•The last and most affordable option/installation is Poly which is a polyurethane foam which is dispensed out of a gun at 1500 psi. The poly foam lift levels and stabilizes slabs, driveways, walkways, pool patios, stairs and garages. Any cracks can be repaired and finished with a sealant.

• I’ve worked in every installation, and know all three installations inside and out. I’m currently a crawlspace installer. Normally there is three to four men on a crew but I can hang the beam and install the smart jacks as well as encapsulate a crawlspace by myself no problem. I’ve had countless customers call management and speak very highly of me. I don’t feel as though my company values my hard work and dedication to perfection daily, seeing how I’ve been here 4 years and have yet to be promoted even though I consider myself to be one of the hardest working people in the company and south Florida. Im definitely the best installer in my branch so that’s why I’m looking to find a different career/home. I’m extremely gifted connecting with people and deescalating other foreman’s install customers. I strive to be the absolute best at anything and everything I do. I excel extremely well at learning new things whatever it may be. I have no limit I can do anything I put my mind to.
