As a Registered Nurse who is eager to evolve in the patient care world, I was compelled to contact you regarding your remote Worker's Compensation Telephonic Case Manager career opening. I bring an experienced nursing case management background, along with the qualifications which are required to make a positive impact in this role.

My current experience includes 3.5 years as a remote TCM for Worker’s Compensation, managing files from multiple employer accounts. This position has given me extensive exposure to injured workers who have a wide variety of work injuries, medical diagnosis(s), post-operative statuses, and particular health care needs. In addition to this, I spent two years as a Home Health Nurse Case Manager, have previous experience as an Ambulatory Surgery Registered Nurse, and as an Emergency Room and Acute Care/Medical Surgical Registered Nurse.

I believe my background with case management and multidisciplinary patient care would be a great contribution to your team. To obtain a full-time remote Worker’s Compensation TCM position with Genex. This title would include facilitating patient care for worker's compensation injured workers. Assessing patient needs, assisting in coordination of care, and gauging progress would be of the utmost importance. Effective communication, organization and prioritization would be a must. A multidisciplinary approach, a positive attitude, and an overall interest in the use of continued critical thinking, would be required.
