Being the oldest of 7 siblings, patience, dedication and the ability to adapt and learn on the fly are key to providing an adequate learning and growing environment for my younger siblings. One of my strongest traits is that I am a hard worker and I love getting things done and the sense of accomplishment afterwards.  Through my years of being on sports teams, I learned that communication is the key to having a good team environment and greatly assists with successfully completing a task. Knowing that the person in front of you wants to be understood and related to, can help them not only emotionally but can help them with a question or task they are trying to complete. I am very eager to enter the workforce and begin to learn new skills. With all of the items mentioned above, I believe that I will provide excellent value to a company and with guidance, can be very versatile.
