LIS Project Leader
- Manage multiple, concurrent LIS projects within specified deadlines.
- Provide leadership to project team from project initiation to project closure.
- Lead team in the development and implementation of innovative solutions to meet end users needs.
- Develop contingency plans and avoidance strategies to address issues and mitigate risk.
- Create detail documentation, including system design, procedures, workflows, project plans, and recommendations for system enhancements.
- Collaborate across teams to share information and coordinate on new ideas, issue resolutions, and streamlining and standardizing workflows.
