  • Responsible for all card access installs, including installing wire, devices, and panels. Procured communication from the switch to the panel, and assisted in downloading the program. Troubleshoot and test the complete system, and call for inspection with the AHJ. Demonstrate the functionality of systems to the customer. Verify that the customer is comfortable maintaining the Card Access database.
  • Upheld high standards of professionalism when representing the company, and developed a great relationship with customers for positive referrals.

  • 100% Office Project Manager. I was not allowed to work in the field. Responsible for hundreds of jobs all over the United States. I submitted drawings to the AHJ for approval, procured permits, procured subcontractors, ordered material in a timely manner and shipped to the site. Responsible for closing out jobs and never sandbagging change orders and final invoicing.
  • Adapted quickly to unexpected challenges or obstacles encountered during project execution. I developed great relationships with general contractors, subcontractors, and customers. Communicated by phone and followed up with email.
  • I was greatly challenged running the jobs from my desk, and never stepping foot on site. I put together a detailed installation book with clear instructions and pictures on how the installation should look, as well as pictures of unacceptable installations. This process kept the field problems and phone calls down to a minimum. I called subs daily and went over drawings, and highlighted completed work to keep up with the current status of the jobs. Updated the sales team, ownership, and attended the weekly status meetings.
  • I had the field send in quality control pictures, and I reviewed them before allowing them to leave the job site and approving final invoicing from the subcontractor. Also listened to the general contractor and communicated to the subcontractors of his approval or disapproval.
