DCI was an international engineering firm, specializing in pavement management, analysis, and testing. Firm also manufactured equipment used in testing processes.

• Directed budget development, budgetary controls and record keeping to make informed financial decisions.
• Oversaw implementation and conversion to Navision software platform.
• Based in Ventura, with Parent Company in Denmark, Company operated assembly plants in Michigan and Florida
• Was responsible for all financial reporting and accounting functions.
• Established inventory control systems, creation of Bills of Materials for assemblies, analyzed work-in-process each quarter, and forecasting and budgeting
• I managed all lines of credit, and credit instruments for international sales
• Participated with consolidation of financial statements with other related entities.

• Served as primary liaison between software customers and development team, relating feedback and concerns for future patch cycles.
• Prepared system diagrams and flow charts to support problem analysis.
• Aided in software implementation for clients in real estate/construction industry, providing setup and initial training services.
