Responsible for managing and processing customer orders, ensuring that they are accurately entered, fulfilled, and delivered in a timely manner.
-Receiving orders through various channels (phone, email, fax, tablet)

Continuously observe real-time video feeds from multiple security cameras, often using specialized software to manage and switch between different camera views.
Ensure all areas are covered by cameras, including entrances, exits, hallways, parking lots, and other critical areas.
Watch for any signs of suspicious or unusual activity, such as loitering, unauthorized access, vandalism, theft, or other potential security breaches and report them to the emergency responders.
