As a PT tech, my daily routine included:

As a Patient Care Coordinator, my duties included:

• Scheduling evaluations, follow-ups, and daily visits
• Contacting physicians and medical offices to obtain patient records
• Interpreting documents
• Verifying insurance eligibility and benefits
• Explaining co-pays and other financial questions patients may have

As a cashier and part of the customer service team, my duties included:

• Managing checkout
• Handling cash, credit/debit, and checks during transactions
• Promoting store merchandise and credit card opportunities
• Stocking and managing inventory
• Inventory checks

As a part of the Zeffert & Gold Team, my duties included:

• Setting up and preparing event spaces
• Working promptly according to the event schedule
• Assisting in food prep stations
• Serving guests carefully, following individual dietary needs
• Breaking down and packing up after events are over
• Maintaining cleanliness throughout venues

• Volunteered 40+ clinical hours at the rehab center to receive license
• Dealt with various senior residents with different conditions
