Art and Dance
I've been drawing and painting since I was a little four year old girl getting a hold of crayons and a notebook. Ever since then I never stopped. Taking art classes from pre-school to high school to drawing and painting at home. I enjoy the creativity and freedom of art and genuinely believe art is very healing mentally and physically and can also be such a successful career for many people and I would love to teach students art and see their growth/creativity. Another Hobby I've been doing since I was A kid was Polynesian dancing. My mother is Tahitian and she has always taught me Tahitian dance and had me preform every chance I got from family gatherings to events and competitions. In high school I joined a class called P.O.P (people of the pacific) where we learned about all the Polynesian islands and their cultural dance. In this class we also participated in Who Got Roots which is a Polynesian dance competition. We placed Second in 2022 and I was so proud of my growth in Polynesian dance. I enjoy the music and the rhythm of Polynesian dance.
