Overseeing and managing all aspects of installation projects on-site, ensuring timely completion, high-quality standards, and efficient use of resources by supervising a crew of installation technicians, coordinating tasks, maintaining project schedules, and adhering to safety regulations, while delivering a positive customer experience.

Use of ticketing queue to resolve tickets with deployment installs, & breakfix hardware issues. Installing/relocating/decommission of racks, servers, and switches. Copper and fiber infrastructure installation and troubleshooting. Resolve problems with hardware, software, and network failures. Performing diagnostics, operability and replacement of internal hardware components. Troubleshoot and repair servers that have hardware and network issues, run hardware diagnostics and replace failing parts.

Manages production flow to ensure all production orders are done right and on time. Takes customer orders, giving pricing information, performs consultative selling to customers, and recommends FedEx Office products. Tracks and logs all production jobs, takes lead responsibility for digital imaging, scheduling and running black and white or color production on full service orders, including finishing services and large job management. Sets up complex orders and performs multiple tasks at the same time. Responsible for ensuring quality during and after production process

Perform installation of copper and fiber cabling infrastructures.Troubleshoot fiber and copper cables, installing, and securing various cable trays, racks, and cabinets.

Read and interpret blueprints, and installation guides.

Terminate, test, and troubleshoot cables and antennas.
Install and secures cables, mount hardware as described in drawings and notes. Affix splitters based on designs.
Terminate, test, and troubleshoot cables and antennas.

Installing DAS wireless equipment, to include but not limited to the installation of outdoor and Indoor antennas, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, CAT 5 cable. Terminating 1/2 inch and 7/8 coaxial cable

Pulling, terminating and testing copper and fiber cable, installing cable trays and various other types of cable support hardware.
