I would be a great candidate because I am very outgoing, dependable, honest, with a great personality and I am extremely resposible for any job that is assigned to me and there will be no need to micro manage as I am very productive and self disciplined. I have great orginization skills and can troubleshoot without becoming frustrated. Another of my skills is anything having to do with material handling. I may be small but no job is too big for me. One of my favorite things to do because I am very socialable is to make the work enviroment fun so it doesn't feel like work. I am a great team player and love to get the coworkers to work in unity and have that friendship relationship to where we can all lean on each other. I posses the tools to get any job done and being a girl does not limit my abilities. I have done everything from warehouse work to construction trades and re-coating and finishing tubs/countertops to working as a lead on an industrial line that cannot be shut down, and everything in between. I am a jack of all trades and love to learn new skills and professions. Being a fast learner and great annalyzer has helped me accomplish alot in many different fields of work. I also worked as a machine operater for a glass company and it only took me 4 months to reach that level starting from a basic labor position. Operating various heavy equiptment is another set of skills I have aquired, operating different pallet jacks, sit-down and stand-up forklifts as well as the storage and logistics side of this trade. I am very mechanically inclidened, so if it runs, i can quickly find a way to fix it if anything were to happen. My customer service skills are amazing also as I have been pointed out by customers and managers for my performance and how I am able to get on the same level with whoever I am communicating with. Another great skill I have is my organizational skills and I can multi-task which helped me when I was a secretary for a big National subscription company. I have 18+ years with work experience in all fields the fields I expressed and others i didn't mention but I would love to bring my skills to your company and grow with the company. My goal is to find a company that I can retire from and be proud of and I feel that this is that company.
