Instructed several fitness class formats including: Cardio Kickboxing, Spinning, Boot Camp, TRX, Butts & Guts, Total Body Conditioning, and WERQ Dance Fitness. I have instructed at Bally Total Fitness, Wisconsin Athletic Club, Razor Sharp Fitness, UW-Parkside, the Kenosha YMCA.
