Tenzin Yega

I worked for Zara as a sales associate from November 26, 2023 to june 1, 2025, where I obtained experience in fast-paced retail, customer service, and teamwork. I developed my communication abilities by supporting a large number of customers, managing product knowledge, and processing transactions efficiently. I also helped with product replenishment and supported my colleagues with visual merchandising, as well as keeping the sales floor clean and orderly. This role improved my ability to multitask, adjust fast, and maintain composure under pressure.

• As a barista, I communicated with my customers on a daily basis and gave a friendly service. Sometimes it gets very busy all of a sudden so knowledge and multitasking is very important. As a barista, I prepared different coffees, smoothies, protein shakes, acai bowls, and fruits. As an assistant manager, I was sometimes in charge of opening and closing the store, making sure store is clean and ready to go for the next day, I also helped train some of the employees on how we make coffees, shakes, smoothies, and açai bowls, making schedules for the team, and opening and closing routines.

• Working as a server, I learned the importance of communication and Customer service. I provided exceptional customer service and amazing attitude towards my customers because customer's opinions are very valuable to me and helps me improve in the future. I am able to multi-task as well in a fast-paced environment, where you need to be communicative with your coworkers and engage with them in order deliver customer's orders.
