Assisted in the coordination and implementation of several Exercises across multiple Strike Groups.
Implemented a training plan, to include Common Military Training and courses provided by the Naval War College, utilized by 19 activities of 943 personnel, both active and reserve duty from grades E-2 to O-6, preserving a high level of knowledge.
Streamlined the onboarding and offboarding process for 39 limited duty and pregnant sailors ensuring military career is minimally impacted.
A team member vital in the technical implementation of the Maritime Operations Center (MOC) within Command Second Fleet, a process-oriented approach to operational planning and command and control (C2), and service interoperability, born out of difficulties experienced by the Navy in joint operations.

USS Normandy (CG 60)

Managed daily operations and maintenance for AEGIS combat systems, radar equipment, and missile systems as the AEGIS Weapons System Supervisor overseeing 17 Junior Sailors.
Restructured the Zone Inspection Program, a systematic way for Sailors to ensure equipment is properly maintained with a focus on damage control, safety, and common discrepancies. Under direct command of the Commanding Officer I personally inspected 138 spaces, identifying 14 damage control and 9 critical safety deficiencies onboard the vessel. The program is vital for understanding vessel condition and appearance; and to document proper operability, safety, cleanliness, efficiency, state of preservation and mission readiness.
Conducted hands-on training sessions to AEGIS Computer Networking Technician Workcenter, significantly enhancing junior sailors' technical expertise.
Conducted several spot-checks which are unannounced, random inspections or examinations, often focused on maintenance compliance, to ensure adherence to standards and procedures
Performed troubleshooting and diagnosis on malfunctioning equipment.
Training Supervisor and Operator during fast paced training and certification events maintaining high mission readiness.

Acted as a primary technical liaison for troubleshooting complex electronic and combat systems across multiple naval platforms after receiving Casualty Reports requesting technical representative assistance.

Performed over 70 hours of pre-deployment Total Ship Readiness Assessments onboard 10 CRUDES, Cruiser-Destroyer, platforms.
