• figuring out the formulas in the support book to assess the dimensions of the missing supports
• moving material to the unit where it was needed

• Staging and correct handling of pipe in the unit

• Managing a diverse crew of craftsman. I felt it was important to have craftsman to assist in identifying and handling material instead of laborers
