From 2010 to approximately 2017, I was a field Case Manager being assigned injured workers to attend and facilitate any treatment received in order for them to return back to work.

My employer was based in Goldsboro, NC, however, I maintained my residence in Catawba, NC performing field workers’ compensation case management duties. I became certified during this time period, 2009 as a NC Certified Case Manager.

I also returned to Gaston Memorial from 1992 to 1995 as a Quality Assurance Nurse.
